Ewa Zdanowicz was born in Poland, grew up in Canada, lived and travelled all over Asia. Today, she lives in Wageningen where she creates. She claims her cosmopolitan way of life to be the main influence on her creative work. 

I am interested in beauty as well as imperfections present everywhere, in the smallest of beings, places, all faces. All my paintings and drawings are intuitive and happen unplanned.”
